On request, DreamPath undertakes one-on-one career counselling. There is always a pair of counsellors involved. We use a systematic approach of questionnaires and assessments, and multiple interviews with both student and parents / guardians. The assessments are simple and provide the necessary input to the career counsellors. Each counsellee is provided with a formal, detailed report at the end of the process, which covers our advice, suggestions and next steps. The report is also explained and presented to the student and parents. DreamPath endeavours to keep the channel of communication open with such students, in case there is a further requirement.
We also undertake career counselling for students who face difficulties dealing with regular school curriculum or students who have dropped out of schooling. In addition, we undertake career counselling and mentoring for the underprivileged or marginalized group, children of house help, or economically backward families.
